Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or a wrong item or size was delivered.

Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
• An unboxing video or clear photos are required for damage and wrong-item claims.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quality check, prepaid refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD orders, the refund is sent to your UPI or bank account.
